With Raw Material
With Raw Material contract manufacturing service includes the process where we procure raw material from the vendor or supplier introduced by you. In this module the payment has to be made by you in advance. The rates of all kind of material selected for manufacturing, the transportation charges along with the taxes and duties if any has to be finalized by you and your suppliers. In this case the grade of material, design and quantity is decided by you. Our role is to procure the material from your approved supplier and make the product ready for you as per your specifications by bypassing your involvement thereafter in the process. In this case we do not give any kind of warranty or guarantee and we are not responsible for the damages caused in transit, or if inferior quality material is sent by supplier, or if less quantity then specified in invoice reaches us, or if it malfunctions after reaching us, or if it does not reach us on date and time specified. We will keep you informed about such instances happening during each transaction that we do with your suppliers and we will let you know about the price hikes, quality and quantity of raw material received along with the damages in transit if any.
Our Quality Control Team will check the individual product before final dispatch. We only give service warranty against manufacturing defects in the finished product. This is subject to our terms and conditions mentioned in the contract. We do not work with refurbished circuit boards and used / second hand glass shells. The design of the inner and the outer cartons will have to be provided by you and we will fix the rates with our carton manufacturers as per your target price. Transportation charges of cartons, octroi charges if any, taxes if any will be additional as applicable and predecided during signing the contract. We will pack the product and make it ready for dispatch. We will dispatch the final product with the pre decided transporter of your choice and means of transport as per your terms and conditions agreed by the transporter.
Without Raw Material
Without Raw Material contract manufacturing service consists of only labour charges involved in manufacturing. In this module the payment has to be made in advance. In this case it is a total responsibility of our client to provide us all the material at our location and make arrangements for pick up of finished goods. We only charge you for the Assembling labour charges and packaging labour charges. We are not responsible if your supplied raw material malfunctions or if it is of inferior quality and hampers the look and performance of the finished product. We do not give any type of warranty or guarantee on the product as we do not procure the raw material. We only give warranty against manufacturing defects if any in the finished product. This is subject to our terms and conditions.

In this type of contract the inner and the outer cartons along with the packing material will have to be provided by you. We will pack the product and make it ready for dispatch. You need to make arrangements for picking up the finished product from our location.
